On June 30th of last year, Ben flew home from Texas to move us. When our ward and some family members were helping us pack up the moving van, I had the following conversation with my brother in law, Peter or Pete. It may not be exact, but it went something like this:
Pete: So when is the next baby coming?
Me: I don't know. I've actually been baby hungry since October. I'd love to have another baby, but you do know my husband has been out of town for the last four weeks, so...
Pete: True, but he has been home for what (looks at watch and grins slyly), 4 hours now?
Me: (trying to look unembarrassed, since I didn't know some of the men listening in all that well and trying to look innocent, with eyes wide) Hmmm...that's true. (nodding slowly)
Well, Pete was right! If you calculate the due date correctly, with a 32 day cycle that I was on, the estimated date of conception was June 30th. The baby, with unknown gender, is due on March 23rd (about 8 weeks away). Surprise!
Sheesh! How could you do that? I mean keep a surprise that long. I guess being in another state helps :)
CONGRATULATIONS! Funny that I have been wondering when you would have another baby, expecting an 8 weeks along announcement and not 8 weeks to go!

Hahaha, Love it! I knew you were prego because we had a little conversation a long time ago (exactly 2 years ago actually) that went like this....
M: I love that you waited to tell everyone your were pregnant until you were 6 1/2 months along! I wish I could do that but it's hard when I live in Az.
L: just wait till you move to TX and you can do it!
M: yeah my plan is to get pregnant the summer we want to move and then by the time I start showing I will be in TX so I can hide it for a while.
L: sounds like a plan! can't wait to read that blog post!
HAHA and now here you are! Isn't it awesome telling everyone so late? Now you only have 8 more WEEKS of "how are you feeling?" "when are you due again?" 'wow you are so big how can you even stand up without falling over? (I got that one a lot)" instead of 8 more MONTHS!
Hurray for living away from everyone! congrats by the way, I am sure you can't wait to meet your little "girl"!!!
Ps. Rob just said he is never babysitting for you when we move to Austin, you just have way to many kids! I told him we need to catch up and QUICK!
