I bought this book for Evelyn about 3-4 years ago.  Evelyn never related with it and she rarely read it.  I didn't really relate with the little girl in it either.  When my mom was in town, we got a bookshelf for the kid's books and finally unpacked them.  Ellie found this book and asked grandma to read it to her.  My mom kept saying, "Hmm this reminds me of someone.  Who could it be?", as she read the book.  It is seriously Ellie!  It makes me laugh when I read it now because I feel like someone knew Ellie and then wrote a book about her!
